We use your information to provide and improve the PRISM platform, communicate about your account and product updates, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Execution artifacts (plans, logs, verification results) are retained according to your workspace configuration. You can request full data export or deletion at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, analytics), when required by law, or with your explicit consent. All sub-processors are contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU/EEA users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to restriction of processing and data portability. Contact privacy@prism.dev to exercise any right.
